When you request a refund following an order placed on our website, it is always issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. This means we cannot change the account or card to which the refund will be sent.
đź§ľ And if my card has expired or changed?
No worries! Even if your card has expired or you have received a new one, the associated bank account remains the same. The refund will therefore be automatically credited to the account linked to your old card by your bank.
✅ Remember: You don’t need to take any action on your end, nor do you need to provide us with a new payment method.
❌ Can I receive the refund to another account?
No, for security and banking compliance reasons, the refund can only be processed to the original payment method. It is therefore not possible to transfer it to another account or card.
