Out-of-Stock Product
If the desired size is out of stock, unfortunately, an exchange for this model will not be possible.

Pre-Order Product
For pre-ordered items, we plan for a slight surplus of stock to facilitate exchanges. However, the availability of the desired product cannot be 100% guaranteed.

In both cases, if the requested exchange item is no longer available, you can choose another product of equal or different value.
- If the new product is more expensive, the difference must be paid.
- If it is cheaper, you will be refunded the difference.
