How can I know when my pre-ordered product will be shipped?Updated 16 days ago
All orders require a processing time, which is separate from the shipping time.
We recommend reviewing your order summary and confirmation email to accurately identify the type of order placed based on the products purchased. Currently, we categorize orders into three types: in-stock items, pre-orders, and combined orders.
1. Pre-Orders
The shipping date for pre-ordered items depends on the estimated date provided on the product page or in the confirmation email received at the time of purchase.
Since these products are produced in limited quantities and are still in production, it is not possible to expedite their manufacturing for earlier shipping.
2. Combined Orders
If your order includes both pre-ordered items and in-stock products, we will group all items and ship them together once the entire order is ready—meaning on the expected delivery date of the pre-order.
For sustainability reasons, we prioritize a single shipment to minimize environmental impact. You may see different delivery dates for each item in your order confirmation, but all items will be shipped together on the latest estimated date.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse, including tracking information so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.
Delays and Tracking
Due to our limited stock and production quantities, occasional production or shipping delays may occur. We do our best to minimize any inconvenience and will keep you updated on your order status via email.
If the estimated shipping date has passed and you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will provide you with a new estimated shipping date.
