At MoEa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s what you need to know regarding returns and exchanges for pre-orders:

Exchanges:
Exchanges for pre-order items depend on stock availability. Although production is limited, we anticipate having a small additional stock for each pre-order to offer you some flexibility in case you need to exchange a size. This option is exclusively available for customers residing in the European Union, where exchanges are free of charge.

Returns with refund / store credit:
For countries within the European Union, you have the option to request a refund for the items you wish to return, or you can request store credit.

International returns:
For other countries, we only offer the refund option.

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to make a return.
