Once available for pickup, your parcel will remain accessible for a specific duration depending on the carrier:
- Mondial Relay: 8 days
- Colissimo Pickup: 14 days at the post office, 5 days in a locker
- Colis Privé Magasin: 10 days
If you do not collect your parcel within this time, it will be returned to our warehouse.

For Correos lockers, parcels are first moved to the nearest post office for an additional 15 days before being returned to our warehouse.
