I am not available to pick up the package, what should I do?Updated 25 days ago

If you are unable to receive your package, here are some options:

1. Check if the carrier offers a delivery rescheduling option via the tracking link.
2. Your package may be redirected to a pickup point nearby. Be sure to check the tracking details.
3. If someone else can collect it for you, make sure they have the necessary information (tracking number, ID if required).
