I have not received my refund after the indicated timeframeUpdated 24 days ago
If you haven’t received your refund after the indicated timeframe, please check the following steps:
1. Did you use the correct return portal?
- For a return from the European Union: https://returns.bigblue.co/moea
- For a return from outside the European Union: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/gsB8m
2. Did you correctly use and attach the return label to the package?
When you go through the return portal, you receive a prepaid return label via email. Make sure you have printed and attached it to your package, and placed the return slip inside the parcel.
3. Has the package been returned and confirmed?
- Check that your return has been shipped and delivered to our warehouse (via the tracking link provided for your return).
- Ensure you have received a confirmation email stating that your return has been received and validated.
