I haven’t received the code to pick up my packageUpdated 23 days ago

Once your package is ready for pickup, you will receive a pickup code via email.

If you haven’t received it:
1. Check your spam folder.

2. Download the carrier’s app, where the code may be available.

If your package was delivered by Colissimo to a post office or a store, no code is sent.
You simply need to present an ID to collect your package.
