I returned my order, what is the refund timeframe?Updated 25 days ago

Once your return has been shipped, it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to arrive at our warehouse. Once received, there is an additional delay of a few days between the arrival of the package and its inspection by our logistics team. We are only notified once the package has been returned and analyzed.

Upon arrival, we check that the product meets our return policy conditions. A product is considered "in good condition" if it meets the following criteria:
✔️ It is in perfect condition, unused, and undamaged.
✔️ It is returned in its original box, properly protected.

If everything is in order, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days. Once the refund is issued, it will appear in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
