What are the return options? (EU)Updated a month ago

You have 30 days after receiving your order to make a return, with three possible options:

1. Exchange (Available only in the EU)
- Exchange possible for a different size or model.
- Based on the original product value (before discount).
- If the new item is more expensive, the difference must be paid.
- If the new item is cheaper, the difference will be refunded.
- Shipping fees are the same as for a regular order (free for pickup points).
- The exchange will only be shipped after receiving and verifying the returned product(s) at our warehouse.

2. Store Credit (Available only in the EU)
- A store credit equivalent to the value of the returned product (before discount), valid on moea.io.
- Issued only after the returned item(s) have been shipped.

3. Refund
- Refund issued after receiving and verifying the condition of the return.
- Return is free with a prepaid label sent by email.
- Return fees may still apply (see conditions).
