CANCELLATION POLICY

At MoEa, we understand that you may change your mind.
That’s why we offer you the possibility to cancel your order under certain conditions.

1. Before Shipping
   You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been prepared or shipped.
   To do so, please contact us as soon as possible at: [email protected] and include your order number.

2. After Shipping
   If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
   You will then need to wait until you receive the package and initiate a return request through our dedicated procedure.

3. Refund
   If the cancellation is accepted, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
