If you received a partial refund, it may be due to several reasons:

- Initial shipping costs: The shipping costs for your order are non-refundable.
- Condition of the returned product: If the item is damaged or the package is incomplete (e.g., a partial return of an order containing several items to be returned), a deduction may apply.
